Although not really convenient when visiting for a longer period (a trip into the City lasts for at least 50 min altogether, one way), this place is fairly priced and I’d definitely stay here again. New bottles of water each day were a nice touch, not having to worry about that. Even though Hounslow is very noisy, because of all the planes landing at nearby Heathrow, the hotel had quite a noise-cancelling setup. I basically couldn’t hear anything in the room, it was very quiet. If you’re looking for a nice hotel and you don’t mind travelling a bit longer into London, book this place.

We were accommodated with a check in slightly earlier than advertised which allowed us to store suitcases before heading to an event in Central London. Very grateful for that. The Hotel was clean with the rooms being particularly clean and comfortable. Had a really comfortable and peaceful sleep. The room has everything needed for comfort with TV, good Tea and Coffee selection and good shower with Drum Head. Paid a little extra for the Breakfast which was worth it also. Overall a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

Cant think of any significant issues. single bed was comfortable. room had a fridge. even the pillows were fine. the bathroom was spacious for a single room. great views of the city from the 5th floor. big tv. yet I only paid £105. i found space to park and the staff responded quickly to me. parking is £12/24hrs. the hotel is a good access to Heathrow and is surrounded by several restaurants. Underground is about 6-10minute walk. bus stops nearby as well.

We have stayed at the Park Grand several times before. It is very convenient for visiting family. The rooms are well-appointed, the beds comfortable and the staff are obliging. It is used a lot by airline crews, who, whilst they may come and go at different hours of the day or night, are very quiet. We have never had any noise nuisance by other guests.

The porter was very helpful and help me with my bags to the room he was very happy and polite … I gave him a tip for good service… staff helped me at front of house with helping my needs to make sure I got the facilities in the room that I needed .. lovey place to stay will defo be back
